Straight-through ultrasonic heat meter is a meter used to measure and display heat-carrying (cold) liquid flowing through the cold-heat exchange system to release (absorb) heat. It is mainly composed of ultrasonic flow sensor, microprocessor and matched temperature sensor. The microprocessor of the straight-through ultrasonic heat meter obtains the flow signal through the ultrasonic flow sensor, obtains the outlet and inlet water temperature signals from the temperature measuring circuit, and calculates the energy exchanged by the system according to the standard heat calculation formula. 1. The heat meter should be handled with care. It is strictly forbidden to lift and pull the connecting wires of the sensor; it is strictly forbidden to squeeze the temperature measuring probe; it is forbidden to approach high-temperature heat sources and corrosive materials; it is forbidden to cause battery explosion and hurt people.
2. When installing the heat meter, the arrow symbol of the heat meter carrier flow direction is consistent with the system flow direction, and then the heat meter can be installed.
3. The installation direction of the pipeline should be as straight as possible, and the cross-sectional area of the pipeline should not vary greatly.
4. Please try to install the heat meter horizontally; if necessary, you can install it vertically or in other ways; after installation, the back of the meter should have the effect of flat pressing or storage, but no pressure relief effect.
5. The filter must be installed in front of the heat meter (in the direction of water inlet). The control valve must be installed before and after the heat meter.
6. In order to make the heat carrier pass through the flow sensor of the heat meter (above DN25), China Heating Information Network (CHINN) learned that the heat meter should have a straight pipe section before and after the meter to make the water boil evenly. The specific length of the pipe section is as follows: The diameter between the pre-meter filter and the heat meter (above DN25) should be 8 times greater than the diameter of the pipe, and the back of the meter should be greater than the diameter of the pipe. Six times the diameter; heat meters below DN25 do not require a straight section.
7. Please use the new gasket attached to the table.
8. In the process of using the heat meter, the valve on the pipeline should not be completely closed. If there is no hot water flowing through the pipe for a long time, the heat meter will freeze.
9. The heat meter is a measuring instrument. Must be checked regularly in accordance with the requirements of national standards, and the battery should be replaced during the check.
10. The water quality of the heat exchange system should be clean, softened, and free of dirt to ensure the smooth operation of the heat meter without being blocked or damaged.
11. When it is found that the instantaneous flow of the heat meter decreases significantly during normal use, the filter and pipeline should be cleaned in time.
12. Open the valve after installation and check for installation leakage.
